Feedback

Feedback received from the tutor and from peers during the module: a record of formative guidance and peer recognition that informed and supported the work. Original artefacts that are private communications are summarised here with the substance preserved; peer names are anonymised.

Tutor feedback

5 May 2026 - Tutor commendation on proactive group management

Following an escalation email I sent to the module tutor on 4 May (regarding two group members who had not engaged after several days), the tutor replied confirming that institutional channels were the right primary contact, agreeing to issue a formal Learning Management System reminder, advising the team to proceed with the kick-off and to debrief absent members later, and explicitly commending the proactive group-management approach. The tutor also emphasised the importance of all active members keeping detailed records of their individual contributions in support of equitable assessment - guidance that has shaped how this e-Portfolio’s evidence is being curated throughout the module.

(Original email is a 1:1 communication; substance summarised here in line with academic-integrity practice.)

Peer feedback

8 May 2026 - Peer acknowledgement of structured de-brief and team organisation

The day after the kick-off meeting (7 May), I sent the team a de-brief email summarising the meeting outcomes, sharing the Group D Google Drive folder and the meeting-minutes sub-folder, re-stating the next steps, and inviting feedback and counter-proposals - particularly for any team members who could not attend the kick-off. A peer in Group D replied within minutes with the following acknowledgement:

“Dear Ariel, Thank you for the detailed update and for organizing everything clearly. Much appreciated!”

(Anonymised; original email held in the working record.)

Further feedback will be added here as it arrives across the rest of the module - including formative tutor feedback on forum activities, the Unit 6 team report, the Unit 11 individual presentation, and any peer reflections received during regular team meetings.
