The Machine Learning module includes two assessed Collaborative Discussion forum activities. Each discussion runs across three units and produces a final summary post; both are formally listed in the e-Portfolio learning activities for the module.

Collaborative Discussion 1 (Units 1 to 3)

The first forum activity, focused on the legal, social, ethical, and professional issues faced by machine learning professionals (LO1), with a strand on dataset applicability and challenges (LO2). My initial post, peer responses, and final summary post are documented on a dedicated page.

How the discussions map to the module learning outcomes

The two collaborative discussions evidence engagement with LO1 and LO2 (CD1) and LO1, LO2, LO3 (CD2). Per-post LO mapping appears on each discussion page. The reflection draws across both discussions when synthesising legal, ethical, and dataset-related learning.
