The Machine Learning module includes two assessed projects. Both are documented on dedicated hub pages, with meeting notes, individual contributions, peer and tutor feedback, deliverables, and the explicit comparison required by the assignment brief.
Team Project (Unit 6)
A six-person group project running from Unit 4 to Unit 6, culminating in a project report submitted at 23:55 on Monday 8 June 2026. Group D was assigned Track 1: Classical Machine Learning (Regression and Clustering), applied to a real-world dataset.
Individual Project (Unit 11)
An individual presentation deliverable building on the team project, submitted at 23:55 on Monday 13 July 2026. The individual project takes the dataset and problem framing forward and explores model performance comparison, with a specific focus chosen during Units 8 to 11.

Evaluation: Unit 11 vs Unit 6
The assignment brief explicitly requires “your evaluation of the final project (Unit 11) vs. the initial proposal (Unit 6)”. This evaluation is captured on its own page so the comparison is easy to read alongside both project hubs.

How the projects map to the module learning outcomes
